Travelling Exhibition comes to Guildhall - 7th Jan 10 E-mail
The mobile exhibition entitled 'Never Again? Thinking About the Holocaust' will be coming to the Guildhall in Bath on Friday 8 January for 2 weeks. The exhibition raises questions for visitors about the nature of genocide in general and how the Holocaust in particular could have happened in a civilised country.

There are photos and commentaries covering refugees, Nazi propaganda and the Legacy of Nuremberg among other aspects of the Holocaust.

Cllr Sarah Bevan said:

'As a local authority, we are privileged to have access to this exhibition, which I arranged to borrow from the Wiener Library in London during negotiations last year. The panels make fascinating viewing and I will be encouraging as many people as possible to pop in and have a look and a think about this year's Holocaust Memorial Day theme, 'The Legacy of Hope' while they browse around the exhibition.'

The exhibition consists of ten stands each double sided and each with pictorial and written descriptions with integrated and thought provoking statements woven into the whole.
