Members of Peasedown St John’s Youth Community Council will be meeting at the end of May to talk about plans to develop a Community Farm on the edge of the village. The plans, which have been put forward by local resident Andy Hall, are based on the community farm model created by popular TV presenter and writer Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. The meeting, which will give young people a chance to get involved in the project, is open to all young people of secondary school age living in Peasedown St John. The Youth Community Council meeting will start at 7pm in Peasedown Youth Centre, on Wednesday 27th May. Drinks, crisps and snacks will be included.
